Returning a Faulty Product

If you suspect a fault with your item please return it to us as soon as possible.

If based outside of the UK please email us at helpdesk@watchshop.com or use the live chat feature on our website. Our Customer Services team will be in touch to assist you further.

Please return the item with a covering letter containing the order ID and reason for return, alongside the manufacturer's warranty.

As soon as your item is returned to us our Returns department will be in touch via email.
