If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy. 

In order to be eligible for the returns policy the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the date it was received.
  • Be returned in pristine condition, alongside everything it was originally sent with.

As soon as your item is returned to us our Returns department will contact you via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

    My boyfriend bought me a watch and ring for Christmas. I do not like the ring and would like to return it for an alternative one, but he does not have the invoice sent with the parcel, only the email confirmation for the order. Is this sufficient?

    Hi ive been charged twice for the same watch i only want the one watch. Can someone contact be back asao regarding this regarding. Been calling all day and no answer.
